Our experience combines legal expertise, education, monitoring and partnership work.
- Human Rights Ombudsman, the Supreme Court and training bodies of the judiciary, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy, the Ministry of Justice and the National Centre for Legislation;
- IPHR, ICNL, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe and UN agencies;
- initiatives are implemented with the financial support of the European Union.
Our contribution
- Participation in creating the Civil Society Coalition against Torture and Impunity and continued analytical work within it.
- Preparing proposals for equality and anti-discrimination legislation and developing practical tools for its application.
- Participation in developing and monitoring the National Human Rights Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2038.
- Preparing materials for international mechanisms and human rights dialogues.
